[DevLog#15]What's happening, and deadlines review.


Hello guys, Robertoz here.

This DevLog is a little bit special, I can't share with you any major step taken, as most of the interesting content such as character concepts which I used to demonstrate are just very much done for now. The last weeks were mostly about a few artistic requests for the demo to be more enjoyable, so sprites, additional scenes, or a few script edits.

To be honest with you, I did not advance much the last weeks on the tasks I had to do, especially regarding story planning. It is not a lack of time, but a lack of motivation to get time. This is not a "the project is dying", because as I invested I don't intend to let go of it. The complete release date is very likely to be pushed back, for which I apologize sincerely, to players and staff. To not develop too much, I just have been very much down mentally for the last four months, and the classes coming back recently simply gets me back to a work-play-sleep routine. 

I do intend to get back on the story planning even though it's a big piece of work for the Act II, to make it interesting for you. I'll by default push back the full release date of 2 months (2 Feb 2023), even though if I have the possibility to provide the game before, I will.

I wish to finish by saying the situation is my sole responsability, as the developers have been doing a perfect job until now. I hope I can provide a new story planning by the end of the month. Thanks again all for your support, and well, you're still free to suggest stuff for the story, as the outline is drawn a bit by the achievements, and I can also provide you the current details.
